Mrs Ogechi E. Duru, is the principal partner of the firm with over 3 decades of legal practice experience. Ogechi is an internationally qualified and exposed lawyer and is licensed to practice in two jurisdictions: Nigeria and United Kingdom.

Mrs Ogechi E. Duru heads the Family Law Practice. She is certified as a scheme member of the Law Society Family Panel. She is known for her hard work and dedication to client’s cause. She has acted for parents, grandparents, and foster carers. She prides herself on negotiating out of court settlements but also has the knowledge and experience to guide the court proceedings on behalf of clients from beginning to conclusion. She provides clear and direct advice when handling sensitive issues and is regarded as a top legal advocate that puts the needs of her clients first’. Mrs. Ogechi E. Duru, undertakes all family work also acting for divorcing and separating couples involving disputes regarding their children or finances.

Mrs. Ogechi E. Duru is also accredited immigration and asylum senior case worker and supervisor. She deals with all areas of Immigration, Human Rights and Asylum claims. She has a large following in the Kurdish community and is a trusted advisor for this community.

Mrs Duru was called to the Nigerian bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1989 and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2010. She was also a beneficiary of the prestigious British Chevening Scholarship Award.

Mrs Oyerior-Apata is a renowned professional that is dual qualified as a Barrister in Nigeria and enrolled as a solicitor in the United Kingdom in 2010. She is an immigration expert with over a decade of valuable experience in the field as a senior caseworker and supervisor of the Immigration Department at Jemek Solicitors Ltd. She handles a diversified set of clients from high-net-worth individuals that are concerned with corporate immigration to matters regarding Deportation, Asylum seeking and Humanitarian protection.

As a highly skilled immigration specialist she heads the department and also aids in the nurturing of new talents in the firm. Glory is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria and takes great pride in being personally involved in all her cases.
